General information
- We retain the right to alter prices without prior notice, no liability accepted for printing errors.
- All prices offered are subject to confirmation.
- We provide a guarantee of 6 months after delivery of all products.
- Free of charge and CIP deliveries are insured by us against loss and damage during transportation.
- Deliveries in accordance with INCOTERMS 2012.
- Damage ocurred during transportation must be recorded immediately on the carrier´s delivery note.
- In the event of damage not detected externally, Ibiscom Sárl. and the delivering carrier are to be advised in writing within 48 hours.
- Returning goods to Ibiscom Sárl. is only possible after having received an RMA number from Ibiscom Sárl. The RMA number has to be requested with your responsible contact person.
- The grant of an RMA number does not imply the acceptance of the return shipment or of any guarantee or warranty liabilities.
- Further processing of return/reclamation goods is only possible after the goods arrived at Ibiscom Sárl.
- The respective bank affiliation is noted in the bottom of every invoice.
- The goods remain the property of Ibiscom Sárl. until full and complete payment.
- Comprehensive elementary, enhanced and extended reservation of proprietary rights is considered to be agreed upon.
